How to contact model?

You can find a model in the catalog.

To get in touch, go to model's profile page and click the "Dialog" button under his/her profile picture.

In order to protect our members from spam and irrelevant inquires, we allow contact models only if you:

  • Have approved photographer or videographer profile
  • Have Agent Start or Agent Premium account
  • Have Trusted Employer badge

Your daily contact limit depends on the type of your account and your past activity on the site.

I have been abused by another member, how to report?

Visit the abuser profile page, press the "Actions" button under his profile picture and in the dropdown menu click "Complain" link. You will be prompted to describe the issue. Please provide detailed information about the incident. Moderator can request screenshots or other evidences.

If someone abused you with private message, you can report it right from the dialog page. Press the gear button in the top right corner of dialog window and click the "Report abuse" link in the dropdown menu. The text of the conversation will be autmatically attached to the report.

I can not login into my account, how to recover access?

If you remember the email address you registered with and have access to it, use automatic recovery service.

Otherwise, you will have to contact support.

We will need confirmation that given profile belongs to you. Valid confirmations are:

  • Fresh photo of you holding a list of paper with your name, today date and the name of this website (Podium.im). This is preferred method, but it can be used only if your face is clearly recognizable on the profile photo.
  • Scan copy or photo of government-issued ID. Name and/or photo in the document must match the profile data. Only photo and name are relevant, all other infomation (such as document number, issuance date etc.) should be covered or painted over.

I would like to purchase Premium Account, but none of payment methods work. How should I proceed?

How to remove my profile?

You can easily request the deletion of your profile from Podium.im.

In order to do that, log in to your account, then go to Delete profile page and press the "Delete" button. All your data will be completely removed in 24 hours.
